Rigoletto
by Giuseppe Verdi
Verdi’s Rigoletto is a gripping story of love, betrayal, revenge, and sacrifice. At its center is a father desperate to protect his daughter from a corrupt world, only to discover that his own bitterness has helped set tragedy in motion. Filled with some of the most famous music ever written, including “La donna è mobile,” Rigoletto is and opera where passion burns, secrets destroy, and one curse changes everything.
